Union Life Insurance issues IPO

KATHMANDU: Union Life Insurance Company has issued public initial offerings (IPO) from today.

The company has issued 6,450,000 units of primary shares for Rs 100 per unit, said the company.

Of them, 5,805,000 units of IPO have been issued after allocating shares for collective investment fund and staffers of the company.

People can subscribe for the IPO until July 12.

Prabhu Capital is the issue manager. It has been rated as ‘Triple B’ by ICRA Nepal.
