Lailta Niwas case: Special Court demands Rs 200,000 bail bond from suspended Judge Gautam

KATHMANDU: The Special Court has demanded Rs 200,000 bail bond from suspended Judge Binod Kumar Gautam in Lailta Niwas land grab case.

A bench of Judges Balendra Rupakheti and Nityananda Pandey ordered his release on bail.

Special Court Spokesperson Pushparaj Pandey said that Gautam has posted the bail.

Gautam who was working at Chitwan District Court was suspended after the case was filed.
