NEPSE decreases by 0.21 points

KATHMANDU: Nepal Stock Exchange Ltd (NEPSE) has decreased by 0.21 points on Monday, the second trading day of the week.

With today’s decline, the index has come down to 2906.70 points.

A total of 35.47 million shares of 221 companies traded 151,942 times resulting in a turnover of 15.81 billion.

The share price of 113 companies increased while the share price of 99 companies decreased.

Similarly, the share prices of nine companies have remained stable. On the sub-index, finance increased by 9.27 percent, development banks by 6.27 percent, and hydropower by 3.23 percent.

The share price of about a dozen companies has seen a positive circuit today. The share price of Pokhara Finance, Central Finance, and ICFC Finance has a 10 percent circuit.

Similarly, Kamana Seva Vikas Bank, Shree Investment Finance, Goodwill Finance, Janaki Finance, Guheshwari Merchant Bank and Finance, Gurkhaj Finance, Manjushree Finance, Reedy Hydropower Development Company, and Samridhi Finance have a positive circuit.

Similarly, Laxmi Bank, Narayani Development Bank, Sunrise Bank, Kumari Bank, Civil Bank, Citizens Bank, Salt Trading Corporation, and Nepal Bangladesh Bank are among the losing companies.
