COVID-19: India records new 414,433 infections, 3,920 deaths



NEW DELHI: India recorded 414,433 new coronavirus cases in the last 24 hours, taking the caseload to 21,485,285.

Currently, 3,653,804 are undergoing treatment at various isolation centers and hospitals. Meanwhile, 17,597,410 have returned home after treatment.

Similarly, the number of deaths from the coronavirus in India has crossed the 234,000-mark.

With 3,920 deaths in a single day, the number of deaths from the virus has reached 234,071, according to the latest figures collated by the Worldometers.

Broken out in Wuhan City of China in December 2019, the coronavirus has killed 3,268,885 and infected 156,668,104 globally until the filing of this news.
