Two Maoist Center ministers stepping down in Gandaki Province today



KATHMANDU: Two ministers are making preparations to tender resignations from their posts in Gandaki Province on Wednesday.

A parliamentary party (PP) meeting of the CPN (Maoist Center) held this morning decided to direct its two ministers to tender their resignations.

According to Maoist Center leader, Minister for Internal Affairs and Law, Hari Bahadur Chuman, and Minister for Land Management, Agriculture and Cooperatives Lekh Bahadur Thapa Magar will tender resignations.

Chuman and Thapa represent the Maoist Center.  Currently, there are a total of 60 lawmakers in Gandaki Provincial Assembly.
