KTM Mayor Cricket Cup: Two matches taking place today



KATHMANDU: Two matches are taking place under the Kathmandu Mayor Cricket Cup in the capital on Sunday.

To be held at Mulpani Cricket Ground, Bagmati Pradesh will take on Kathmandu Mayor 11. Similarly, Nepal Police Club will take on Armed Police Force (APF) at Kirtipur Cricket Ground.

Bagmati Pradesh is captained by Gyanendra Malla while Kathmandu Mayor will be led by Sandeep Lamichhane.

Bagmati had faced a defeat at the hands of Nepal Police while Kathmandu Mayor is playing for the first time.

Likewise, Police and APF are aiming for the second consecutive win as they have won a game each in their first respective matches.

Police had defeated Bagmati by two runs and FPF inflicted a one-wicket defeat on Army in their first matches.
