India’s COVID-19 death toll crosses 155,000-mark

NEW DELHI: India recorded 11,948 new coronavirus cases in the last 24 hours, taking the caseload to 10,827,170.

Currently, 150,733 are undergoing treatment at various isolation centers and hospitals. Meanwhile, 10,521,409 have returned home after treatment.

Similarly, the number of deaths from the coronavirus in India has crossed the 155,000-mark.

With 72 deaths in a single day, the number of deaths from the virus has reached 155,028, according to the latest figures by Worldometers.
