Three Biplav leaders including Kathmandu Secretary nabbed



KATHMANDU: Police have arrested three leaders of the outlawed Netra Bikram Chand alias Biplav outfit from Kathmandu.

The arrested are Kathmandu district Secretary Bhimsen Ghimire alias Bipin, district members Hari Bahadur Chand and Birendra Shahi.

A joint team of the Special Bureau of police and the Metropolitan Police Office, Ranipokhari arrested them on Tuesday evening. It is said that some important documents were also recovered from their possession.

According to DSP Pramish Bista, the arrested are being investigated by the Kathmandu Police Range, Teku.
