Chandragiri Hills issuing IPO from Friday



KATHMANDU: Chandragiri Hills Limited is issuing initial public offerings (IPO) from tomorrow (Friday).

According to a press note issued by the company, it will issue 153,491 units of shares for Rs 100 per unit.

Out of the total shares, 61, 364 (4 %) units of shares will be allocated for the staffers of the company, 76,705 (5 %) for the collective investment fund while 1,396,022 have been allocated for the people in general.

Willing applicants can apply for minimum 10 to maximum 13,960 units of shares by January 12, said the company.

The paid-up capital of the company will reach Rs 1.53 billion following the issuance of the IPO.
