Parliamentary hearing endorses proposed ambassadorial candidates

KATHMANDU: The Parliamentary Hearing Committee under the Federal Parliament today unanimously approved the names of the proposed ambassadorial candidates for India, the USA and the UK.

The meeting of the Committee here today here endorsed the nominations of ambassador proposed to India Dr Shankar Sharma, Gyan Chandra Acharya to the UK and Shreedhar Khatri to the USA, according to Committee Chair Laxman Lal Karna.

Karna shared that the Committee endorsed their names after they presented their experiences, qualification, ideas and concepts to apply after being appointed the ambassadors for the proposed countries. Their names were endorsed unanimously by the Committee. (RSS)
