Maoist Center leader Yadav passes away



KATHMANDU: Central member of CPN (Maoist Center) Mahadev Yadav has passed away.

Cancer-ridden 57-year-old Yadav breathed his last in his own residence in Janakpur on Monday evening.

Issuing a press note, Maoist Center Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal expressed deep sorrow over the untimely demise of Yadav.

“The party has lost an honest and dedicated communist leader. His demise has created an irreparable damage to the party, society and the entire country,” Prachanda said in the press note.

Yadav had started his political career since 2036 BS.
