MU sacks two assistant professors

KATHMANDU: Mid-West University (MU) has taken action against two assistant professors on the alleged charge of leaking question papers.

Director for Masters Programs under the Engineering Faculty Assistant Professor Bishwonath Yadav and Assistant Professor Sujan Pant of Law Faculty have been terminated.

Yadav was charge for giving marks to the students against the set norms while Pant for leaking question papers.

They were terminated after they committed unpardonable academic crimes, said Vice Chancellor Dr Nanda Bahadur Singh.
