NEPSE increases by 50.13 points, reaches an all-time high

KATHMANDU: The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) index increased by 50.13 points on Sunday and reached an all-time high of 2906.89 points.

Share prices of 99 companies increased today while the share price of 113 decreased and the price of six companies remained unchanged.

A total of 37.455 million shares have been traded at Rs. 17.27 billion. The previous high turnover was Rs 17.28 billion. Shares of Mahila Microfinance increased 10 percent, followed by Goodwill Finance at 9.89 percent, Lumbini Development Bank at 9.88 percent, and Reedy Hydropower Development Company at 9.87 percent.

On the subgroup, investment group grew by 3.97 percent, development bank by 2.38 percent, and banking subgroup by 3.66 percent.
