‘Where is your mask’ campaign kicks off in Budhanilkantha-13, Chunikhel



KATHMANDU: ‘Where is your mask’ campaign has kicked off in Budhanilkantha-13, Chunikhel.

CPN-UML Budhanilkantha Municipality Ward No. 13 Branch Committee in the ward organized ‘Where is your mask?” campaign on Thursday.

The committee distributed masks and other materials were distributed at various places in the ward to protect the residents of the ward from the second wave of coronavirus outbreak.

CPN-UML Budhanilkantha Municipal Committee Chairman Pradip Dangol, Ward No. 13 Chairman Shri Krishna Shrestha, member Renu Shrestha, and others are participating in the campaign, said CPN-UML Ward No. 13 Chairman Tikes Narayan Shrestha.

According to the Budhanilkantha Municipal Public Health Division, a total of 429 people, including 204 women and 217 men, have been infected with coronavirus in the municipality so far.

Only two women aged 55 and 71 infected with COVID-19 on Wednesday, the first time after the second wave of coronavirus.
