America’s COVID-19 cases cross 31.4 million



WASHINGTON: The number of COVID-19 cases has reached 31,487,574 in the United States of America after 49,584 new cases were reported in the country.

Currently, 6,897,882 are undergoing treatment at various hospitals and isolation wards across the country while 24,020,495 have recovered from the pandemic.

Similarly, the death toll linked with the coronavirus has reached 569,197 with 419 new deaths so far in the country, according to the latest figures collated by Worldometer.

Broke out in Wuhan City of China in December 2019, the coronavirus has killed 2,873,195 and infected 132,397,293 globally until the filing of this news.
