Biplav attends Strategic United Front meeting on Saturday

KATHMANDU: A meeting of fringe communist parties formerly active under the then Unified Communist Party of Nepal (Maoist) led by Pushpa Kamal Dahal Prachanda is being held under the new banner of  Strategic United Front to devise the Front’s strategies after Biplav outfit became public on Saturday.

According to the Front sources, the fringe parties including Nepal Communist Party Biplav Outfit, Nepal Communist Party Maoist Baidya group, Nepal Communist Party Kattel outfit and Scientific Socialist Communist Party, Nepal are working on the new strategies ahead after one of their alliances formerly outlawed came to open politics.

Senior communist leader Mohan Baidya, Biplav outfit leader Netra Bikram Chand ‘Biplav’, Bishwo Bhakta Dulal ‘Aahuti’ among many others are attending the meeting.
