More than 500 people benefited from ayurveda health camp



DAILEKH: Five hundred and twelve people have benefited from a day-long ayurvedic health camp organized at Chamunda Bindrasaini Municipality -6 of Dailekh district.

The free health camp was organized by the Public Health Service Office, Ayurveda Section. Prasanna Nepal, a physician at the Ayurveda Section, who was involved in rendering services at the camp, said 326 women and 186 males had their health examined on the occasion.

Free medical examination was provided at the health camp. Patients of gastritis, diabetes, asthma, hypertension, gynecological problems and orthopedic diseases had their health examined.

Medicines were also distributed to the patients free of cost.

Dr Nepal said so many people coming for health checkup in a one-day ayurvedic camp showed the people’s trust in Ayurveda health service.

He stressed the need for promoting and publicizing the Ayurveda medical service.
