Journalist Chandra Kishore Jha elected chair of CIJ



KATHMANDU: Journalist Chandra Kishore Jha has been unanimously elected as the chairperson of the Center for Investigative Journalism (CIJ).

The general assembly held Tuesday unanimously selected a working committee under the chairmanship of Jha.

Likewise, journalist Nirmala Sharma has been selected as the vice chairperson, Ramji Dahal as the general secretary and Rameshwar Bohara as the treasurer.

Similarly, journalists Hari Bahadur Thapa, Laxmi Basnet and Rajaram Gautam have been elected as members.
