Hearing on HoR dissolution concludes; next hearing on July 12



KATHMANDU: The hearing on the House of Representatives (HoR) has concluded after the Amicus Curiae presented their opinions on the case and the next sitting is scheduled for July 12.

The Constitutional Bench of the Supreme Court finished hearing counter-arguments from the side of petitioners, which began Sunday and received opinions of Amicus Curiae Monday.

Amicus Curiae members Raghav Lal Vaidya, Usha Malla Pathak, Komal Prakash Ghimire and Prakash Bahadur KC gave their impartial opinion to the bench so as to help the decision-making process.
