President issues ordinance on Railway.
KATHMANDU: President Bidya Devi Bhandari has promulgated the Railway Ordinance, 2078 BS.
The Head-of-the-State today issued the ordinance on the recommendation of the Council of Ministers in accordance with Article 114 (1) of the constitution, said the Office of the President in the press statement.
