KATHMANDU: Bibeksheel Sajha Party has held a unity assembly in Kathmandu Saturday.
In the unity assembly, Citizen Discussion Forum and Rastriya Janata Durbar Party have united with the Bibeksheel Sajha under the leadership of President Rabindra Misha to enable an alternative revolutionary discourse in Nepali politics, said Bibeksheel’s Central Committee member Sanjay Baral.
Baral informed that following the unity, influential leaders and professionals of these organizations would be inducted into the Bibeksheel and will be provided a few key positions within the party leadership.
The uniting forces also made public an 8-point declaration regarding the direction of the party after the unification.
Meanwhile, the disgruntled faction led by Coordinator Milan Pandey boycotted the assembly held today.
