India records 8,308 new COVID-19 cases, 139 deaths



NEW DELHI: India’s COVID-19 cases have reached 34,624,065 with 8,308 new coronavirus cases in the last 24 hours.

Similarly, India recorded 139 deaths in the last 24 hours taking the death toll to 470,274, according to the latest figures collated by the Worldometers.

Currently, 108,145 people are undergoing treatment in various hospitals across the country while 34,045,666 have recovered from the pandemic.

Broken out in Wuhan City of China in December 2019, the coronavirus has killed 5,257,384 and infected 265,135,784 globally until the filing of this news.
