Province 1 Chief Attorney Acharya resigns



MORANG: Chief Attorney of Province no 1, Chudamani Acharya has resigned from his post. He has tendered his resignation to Province Chief Somnath Adhikari ‘Pyasi’.

Chief Attorney Acharya stepped down on Wednesday evening.

He submitted the resignation through Province Chief Minister Rajendra Rai in accordance with Article 160 (4) (A) of the Constitution of Nepal, spokesperson at the Office of the Province Chief, Narendra Shrestha said in a press release.

The resignation has been accepted and it would come into effect from Wednesday itself, it is stated.
