Three teachers die of coronavirus infection in three days in Dang



DANG: Three teachers have died in the last three days in Dang due to coronavirus infection.

A 53-year-old teacher of Mahendra Secondary School in Tulsipur died on Tuesday morning, according to the school said.

Tij Bahadur Thapa, the principal of the school, said that the loss of an honest, diligent, and conscientious teacher was an irreparable loss to the school.

Similarly, the principal of Modern Direction Boarding School in Babai Rural Municipality-6, Panchkula, and a member of Babai Village Education Committee died on Monday.

He died on the way to Nepalgunj for treatment, said Hemraj Wali, health coordinator of Babai village.

A 50-year-old teacher of Baghdhoi of Shantinagar Village Municipality-5 died while undergoing treatment in Kathmandu on Sunday night.

He is a teacher at a local private school. He was taken to Kathmandu from Corona Special Hospital Belzhundi for further treatment.
