Govt decides to call back Nepali Ambassador to Australia Dahal



KATHMANDU: The government has decided to call back Nepali Ambassador to Australia Mahesh Raj Dahal.

A cabinet meeting held on Monday decided to call back Ambassador Dahal, according to a minister.

The government had appointed Dahal as the Nepali Ambassador to Australia in November, 2019 from CPN (Maoist Center) Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal alias Prachanda’s quota.

The government has started calling back the ambassadors appointed from the Maoist Center’s quota after the Supreme Court annulled the Nepal Communist Party.
