Leader Nepal lambasts PM Oli’s inauguration campaign as a ‘show’

KATHMANDU: Senior leader of CPN-UML Madhav Kumar Nepal has remarked that Prime Minister and party chairman KP Oli has staged a publicity stunt by laying the foundation stone of the 165 roads without any detailed study.

Speaking at a program organized to announce his faction’s Kathmandu District Committee, leader Nepal lambasted PM Oli’s inauguration campaign as propaganda.

“PM Oli has staged many ‘show’ for propaganda, latest is the inauguration of 165 roads from Baluwatar,” he said, adding, “None of the road sectors mentioned have got any detailed project report (DPR), which is mandatory to launch any project.”

Leader Nepal blamed PM Oli for defaming the communist party and supporting corruption in the country.
