Educational institutions closed due to air pollution reopen from today



KATHMANDU: Educational institutions, which remained closed for four days from March 30 due to air pollution, have reopened from today.

The Ministry of Education had decided to close all educational institutions due to adverse weather conditions in the Kathmandu Valley and elsewhere.

Educational institutions, including schools, have resumed from today with the improvement in the weather condition.

Earlier, thick smog blanketed the Valley decreasing the visibility and posing risk to the human health of the denizens.
