We won’t be scared of army and police guns: Pun

KATHMANDU: Leader of the Nepal Communist Party (NCP) Prachanda-Nepal faction Barshaman Pun ‘Ananta’ has said that they will not be intimidated by the army and police guns as they had fought against former King Gyanendra.

Addressing the participants of the general strike enforced by his faction on Thursday against the appointment to constitutional bodies, Pun warned that they would not be frightened of PM KP Oli and Home Minister Ram Bahadur Thapa.

Pun said that an attempt was made to intimidate the people by driving the army’s armored vehicles and tanks in Butwal and Kathmandu a few days ago.
