Govt scraps Land-related Problems Resolution Commission



KATHMANDU: The government has scrapped the Land-related Problems Resolution Commission.

Government Spokesperson and Law Minister Gyanendra Karki said a cabinet meeting held Tuesday decided to scrap the commission citing procedural flaw behind its formation. It was formed by the government led by KP Oli.

Similarly, the government decided to seek clarification from General Manager Guru Prasad Bhattarai of Nepal Railway Company for improper conduct.

Likewise, the government approved a concessional loan of Rs 19.58 billion from the Asian Development Bank for the prevention of coronavirus pandemic and vaccine procurement.
