Two COVID-19 infected women die in Bajhang



KATHMANDU: Two women infected with COVID-19 have died in the course of treatment in Bjhang district.

According to Narayan Joshi, the spokesperson of the District Health Office, Bajhang, deceased are a 55-year-old woman of Jayaprithvi municipality-3 and 40-year-old woman of Tallokot rural municipality.

The woman of Jayaprithvi municipality, was hospitalized on Sunday after testing positive for COVID-19 on May 1.

The other woman breathed her last while returning home from the district headquarters, said Joshi.
