KATHMANDU: The office-bearers’ meeting of the main opposition Nepali Congress (NC) is taking place today.

The office-bearers’ meeting of the Nepali Congress (NC) called for Thursday had been postponed for Friday citing lack of preparations.

The meeting scheduled for today will dwell on the upcoming 14th general convention, work related to active memberships and party integration, according to NC central party office Chief Secretary Krishna Prasad Paudel.

Coordinator of the active membership investigation committee Ramesh Lekhak and its members have been asked to attend the meeting to be participated by incumbent and former office-bearers.

Coordinator Lekhak has been dragged into controversy over his work on active memberships.
