Tourism Minister Dhakal and his wife test positive for COVID-19



KATHMANDU: Minister of Culture, Tourism, and Civil Aviation Bhanubhakta Dhakal and his spouse Indira Phuyal have tested positive for COVID-19.

A test conducted on them on Sunday diagnosed the coronavirus infection.

They are now staying at the minister’s residence, said Dhakal’s press adviser Madhav Prasad Tiwari.

Earlier, Minister of Drinking Water and Sanitation Mani Thapa and Ministry of Energy, Water Resources and Irrigation Top Bahadur Rayamajhi had contracted coronavirus.
