Govt urges to avoid unnecessary crowd, conferences and processions

KATHMANDU: The government has requested all concerned not to hold unnecessary gatherings, conferences, processions, and festivals.

The Kathmandu District Administration Office has issued a notice putting a prohibition on holding of large gatherings including meetings and conference or rallies with effect from Thursday midnight , reasoning that the risk of coronavirus infection continues.
