Madhu Kumar Marasini appointed as Finance Secretary

KATHMANDU: The government has transferred Madhu Kumar Marasini as the Secretary the Ministry of Finance.

Marasini, who was earlier the Comptroller and Auditor General, has been transferred by the government to the Finance Ministry.

The cabinet meeting held on July 28 transferred three secretaries.

Likewise, Finance Secretary Shishir Kumar Dhungana has been transferred to the Prime Minister’s Office and the Council of Ministers.

Secretary at the Ministry of Health and Population Laxman Aryal has also been brought to the Prime Minister’s Office and the Council of Ministers, sources said.
