SC hearing writ against cabinet reformation today



KATHMANDU: The Supreme Court (SC) is hearing the writ petition filed against the cabinet reformation on Thursday.

A single bench of Justice Ishwor Prasad Khatiwada is scheduled to hear the writ petition, according to a source at the SC.

Senor advocates Dinesh Tripathi and Lokendra Oli had filed the case against the cabinet reformation arguing that the Oli-led caretaker government cannot reform the cabinet.
