KATHMANDU: Police have nabbed Rupandehi district In-charge of the outlawed Netra Bikram Chand alias Biplav outfit on Friday.
Rupandehi in-charge Sangam Pun was arrested from Rupandehi, police said.
The law enforcement agency said that over one dozen cadres were also arrested along with Pun, adding that a further investigation was underway.
