SURKHET: Police have arrested the outlawed Netra Bikram Chand alias Biplav outfit’s alternative central committee member.
A police team deployed from Area Police Office, Surkhet arrested Balaram Sunar.
According to Gopal Rayamajhi, spokesperson at the Area Police Office, Surkhet, he was arrested at 8 am on Thursday morning from Kumai Chowk of Birendra Nagar-4.
Sunar was the former Surkhet district In-charge.
