Bolivian national arrested in Nepal with 2.2 kg cocaine

KATHMANDU: Police have arrested a Bolivian national with 2.2 kg cocaine.

The arrested is Solano Chavez Miguel holding passport number CE 51857.

A police team deployed from the Narcotics Control Bureau of Nepal Police arrested him from room number 402 of Hotel Buddhaland in Thamel, Kathmandu.

According to police, Miguel had smuggled the cocaine to Nepal by creating a false button in a suitcase.

Police said the cocaine was meant to be smuggled to other countries via Nepal.
