KATHMANDU: Friends Club defeated Chyasal Youth Club 1-0 in the ongoing Martyr’s Memorial ‘A’ Division League on Thursday.
At the match played at the Tripureshwor-based Dashrath Stadium, Uttam Rai scored for Friends in the 84th minute of the game. The goal sealed the victory for Friends.
With the win, Friend has climbed to the ninth position in the points table with 11 points from nine matches.
Chyasal is placed tenth with nine points from equal nine matches.
