Man alleged of raping daughter, arrested



SARLAHI: A 35-year-old Indian citizen living in Haripur Municipality-6 of the district has been arrested on the charge of raping his daughter.

The man was arrested following a complaint filed by his wife and mother of the minor.

A resident of Muzzafapur in India, the man was working in a brick kiln along with his wife, two sons and a daughter.

He has been charged with repeatedly raping his daughter.

A medical test has been carried out of the survivor and the alleged rapist while an investigation has been initiated into the incident, chief of Sarlahi police, SP Santosh Singh Rathour said.
