India’s COVID-19 cases surpass 9.4 million

NEW DELHI: India recorded 39,000 new coronavirus cases in the last 24 hours, taking the caseload to 9,432,039.

Currently, 448,675 are undergoing treatment at various isolation centers and hospitals. Meanwhile, 8,846,187 have returned home after treatment.

Similarly, the number of deaths from the coronavirus in India has crossed the 137,100 mark.

With 444 deaths in a single day, the number of deaths from the virus has reached 137,177, according to the latest figures collated by Worldometer.
