KATHMANDU: The Meteorological Forecasting Division (MFD) has predicted the chances of heavy rainfall at one or two places of Province 1 on Sunday night.
In a weather bulletin, it stated that the weather will be generally cloudy throughout the country and brief rain/ thundershowers are likely to occur at some places of the country.
Isolated brief rain or thundershowers are likely to occur at some places of the country, chances of heavy rainfall at one or two places of Province 1 tonight, it added.
The met office said that the low-pressure line of the monsoon is south of Nepal currently.
In addition, there is a low-pressure system in Madhya Pradesh and surrounding areas of India and the system seems to be gradually moving towards west-northwest, it added.
