Parsa, Bara of Province 2 report 53 coronavirus cases in 24 hours



BIRGUNJ: As many as 53 people have tested positive for coronavirus in Bara and Parsa districts in the last 24 hours.

The swab tests carried out at the Birgunj-based Narayani Hospital has reported 53 COVID-19 positive cases.

According to Dr. Madan Upadhyaya, the Medical Superintendent of Narayani Hospital in Birgunj, 50 swabs of Bara and 3 swabs of Parsa districts were found coronavirus positive.

He informed that among the transmitted in Bara district include 11 health workers and their family members living in the quarter of Narayani Hospital. One of the transmitted includes an ambulance driver.
