Medical equipment from UAE, Qatar arrives in Nepal

KATHMANDU: The medical equipment donated by the UAE and Qatar have arrived Nepal on Wednesday.

The UAE and Qatar have sent the equipment through chartered flights.

According to Devendra KC, Chief at Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu, the UAE has sent the medical supplies through Etihad Airways while Qatar has sent via Qatar Airways.

The UAE has gifted 6,871 kgs of medical equipment while Qatar has donated 8,156 kgs of medical equipment meant for the front-line health workers.
