Power supplies to be cut in some parts of capital today

KATHMANDU: The power supplies will be disrupted in some parts of the Kathmandu Valley due to the Ring Road widening work.

According to Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA), the power supplies will be cut around Maharajgunj area since the trees on the roadside are being felled today.

The areas to be affected include Basundhara, Shree Tole, Maharajgunj among others.

The road widening move is underway along Kalanki-Maharajgunj road section.
