Woman from Mahottari dies of COVID-19 in Dharan

DHARAN: A 22-year-old woman from Mahottari has succumbed to the coronavirus pandemic at around 2:50 am on Sunday.

The woman hailing from Bardibas-2 died while undergoing treatment at BP Koirala Institute of Health Sciences, Dharan.

She was referred to the Janakpur-based Janakpur City Hospital after she was diagnosed with high blood pressure and high protein in her urine.

She was admitted to COVID Hospital on November 17 after being diagnosed with coronavirus infection.

The hospital says that the body is being managed as per the rules.
