COVID-19 kills 96,351, infects 6,143,019 in India

KATHMANDU: India recorded 69,671 new coronavirus cases in the last 24 hours, taking the caseload to 6,143,019.

Currently, 948,095 are undergoing treatment at various isolation centers and hospitals. Meanwhile, 5,098,573 have returned home after treatment.

Similarly, the number of deaths from the coronavirus in India has crossed the 96,000-mark.

With 777 deaths in a single day, the number of deaths from the virus has reached 96,351, according to the latest figures collated by Worldometers.
