COVID-19: Sexagenarian woman from Mahottari dies at Patan Hospital

KATHMANDU: A sexagenarian woman from Mahottari died of the coronavirus at the Patan Academy of Health Sciences (Patan Hospital) on Saturday.

According to Lalitpur Health Office, the 62-year-old woman was admitted to the hospital on Tuesday. The woman succumbed to the pandemic at around 1:30 pm today.

The COVID-19 death toll in Nepal had crossed the 200-mark this afternoon with 12 more deaths reported in the last 24 hours. The virus has claimed the lives of 208 persons till date.
