Two killed as landslide buries house in Dang



DANG:  Two people have died after being buried by a landslide triggered by incessant rains in the district.

The deceased have been identified as Batuli Nepali, 26, and her two-year-old daughter of Bangalachuli rural municipality-5, said District Police Office, Dang.

According to DPO, Dang, the house was partly buried by the landslide that occurred at 3 am today.

The other members of the family are safe since the house was buried partly.

Meteorological Forecasting Division (MFD) has forecast rains until July 31, and warned to take precaution from the possible risks of floods and landslides.
