Three drown in separate places



DANG: Three people have drowned in an irrigation canal and rivulet in Dang and Pyuthan districts in the country.

The deceased has been identified as two year-old Elina Bishwokarma, the daughter Kaman Singh Bishwokarma.

She had been staying in the house of Asha Ram Bishwokarma in Tulsipur Sub Metropolitan City-18.

Body of the deceased had been found a litter farther from the house in the canal.

Similarly, two youths were swept away while crossing a swollen rivulet, locally known as Gahana Khola, in Pyuthan district.

The deceased are 30-year-old Deepak Pariyar and Nabin Nepali, 32, of Sarumrani rural municipality-2.

The body of Pariyar was found at Mahadeba of Gadhwa rural municipality-2 in Dang and that of Nepali was found on the bank of Rapti River at Malamla in Gadhwa-1, informed Province Police Office, Tulsipur.
